- Infants (ages 0-2) may participate for free but will not have a seat on coach.
- Folding wheelchairs are permitted on the buses.

- Meals are not included in the price.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Viewing at Windsor Castle is not permitted on Sundays. The State Apartments may also be closed on rare occasions.
- As a working Royal Palace, Windsor Castle is used frequently by The Queen for State ceremonies and official entertaining. Closures of the Castle may occur or change without notice.
- When a site is closed, the tour will continue to a different location instead. • Windsor Castle - To be substituted with a guided walking tour of Windsor and free time to explore the market town. • The State Apartments - You will still be able to visit the Windsor Castle except this area.
- Please note that the Windsor Castle is closed on the following dates: 6 to 17 January 2020 9 to 10 April 2020 The State Apartments are closed on the following dates: 18 to 24 January 2020
Dressing & Items to Bring
- Students will be required to show a valid student ID card prior to departure.
- Luggage is allowed and will be stored on the coach. There is also a luggage storage facility at Victoria Coach Station.
